Palm Creek Folk Festival is a grassroots festival which showcases local and national artists and sports. The event is held at a camping ground and is family oriented with an emphasis on community and togetherness. The children's festival is highly regarded as the youth music festival.

The event takes place over four days and three nights involving more than 100 performers and events with concerts, dances, workshops, acoustic jams, youth festival, art and craft workshops, late night cabarets and special events including a spectacular fire event. The Festival features the cream of local performers and a smattering of special guests. Be sure to bring your fancy dress for Sunday night's Fancy Dress Parade.

Other activities include poet's breakfast, songwriting competitions and a join-in festival choir. This is a great weekend. Once you've been once you will want to come every year!
