The Cruise Maroochy Eco cancellation policy only applies to group bookings and charter. A 100 per cent refund of deposit paid if cancellation notice is given in writing earlier than 30 days prior to the cruising date. No deposit refund thereafter.

Maroochy River Cruises signage is on the Sunshine Coast Highway both sides of the bridge crossing the Maroochy River. The Jetty location is on Bradman Avenue 270 "The Cod Hole Jetty" situated 50 metres upstream from the Sunshine Coast Highway Bridge, on the South Bank of the Maroochy River.
