Located close to everything in Mooloolaba, the 10 storey high rise is an icon on the famous spit. Mooloolaba is one of a few seaside towns with a northerly facing beach on the eastern seaboard of Australia.
All apartments are spacious and fully self contained. The four bedroom penthouse has a studio and breathtaking views, and all other apartments are comfortable with sunny, north facing views.

High season: If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD50.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking. If re-let, an administration fee of AUD50.00 will be deducted from the deposit before the remainder is refunded. Shoulder and low seasons: If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD50.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking. If re-let, an administration fee of AUD50.00 will be deducted from the deposit before the remainder is refunded.
Everything you could want for a relaxed holiday is at 84 The Spit. Includes heated pool, lift to all apartments, intercom and secure undercover parking, and friendly managers. All linen is supplied; the centre apartments are air-conditioned, with direct dial telephones and a facsimile.
