Bookings cancelled a month in advance will be refunded fully less an AUD15.00 administrative fee. Special circumstances decided at managers discretion.

A deposit equal to one night's full charge is required in advance with any definite booking or as requested. Deposit should be received within seven days of booking. Balance of payment to be paid on arrival with key deposit. Immediate confirmation of bookings can be given on quoting of current credit card details.
Long weekends require a minimum two night booking.
