In Low and Shoulder seasons there is no cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled eight days or more prior to travel. A two night cancellation fee applies, if the booking is cancelled seven days prior to intended travel or in the case of a no show. In the Peak season, no cancellation fee applies if booking is cancelled 15 days or more prior to intended travel. There is no refund if the booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to intended travel or in the case of a no show. If, after arrival, clients are dissatisfied with any respect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of the property manager.
The property is one block towards the beach from the Gold Coast Highway at Broadbeach.
Extra person rate AUD25.00 per night per person. Use of sofa bed - extra charge of AUD15.00 per five night stay.
