Children: Children are welcome. There is a large shallow shelf off the main pool which is ideal for toddlers and non-swimmers.
Miscellaneous:
In low season, no cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled eight days or more prior to travel. Three nights cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled seven days or less prior to travel. There is no refund (payment required in full) in the case of a no show or cancellation on the scheduled day of arrival. In shoulder or peak season, no cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled 15 days or more prior to travel. Three nights cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled seven to 14 days within scheduled arrival. No refund is given (payment required in full) if booking is cancelled seven days or less prior to scheduled arrival or in the case of a no show.
The property has a 24 hour a day, seven days a week answering service and on site management by owner/operators. Hairdryers are available from Reception.
Access to the property is by car, bus or monorail. For self-drive guests, take the Nerang-Broadbeach Road from the Pacific Highway, turn left onto Surf Parade and right onto Philip Avenue.
