Beccles on Margaret is a 1938 ""Custom"" Queensland Bungalow, as described by the Heritage Advisory Group of the Toowoomba City Council. It is located in East Toowoomba near the crest of the range (700 metres above sea level). This is at the east end of Margaret Street, or Eat Street as it is affectionately referred to by the ""locals"" because of the many restaurants located in the street.
A leisurely 15 minute walk down Margaret or Arthur Streets (next parallel street) and through Queens Park and the Botanical Gardens will find you in the Central Business District. You may wish to take a short break along the way to enjoy a coffee in one of the heritage restaurants and/or browse through one of the many antique shops in town.

A one night deposit is required at time of booking, which is fully refundable if cancelled within three days of arrival.
A reduction of 10 per cent on total bill applies for stays of three or more nights, excluding long term stays and corporate/government as they already receive very competitive pricing.
Corporate and Government guests welcome. Kindly use Sunday through to Thursday inclusive rates, less 10 per cent.
All major credit cards and cash accepted. However, kindly note that if paying by credit card please add four per cent to the total bill to cover cost of merchant and terminal access fees.
Happy hour begins at 5.00 p.m., enjoy a glass of beer or wine plus nibbles. Not available Sunday through Thursday when mid week tariff applies. Long term accommodation is available, and further discounts are available depending on the level of service required. Please contact the operator for further details.
